We are excited to finally kick off the CatholicFIT Program for everyone who is signed up by next week!
This program will include working with eight grade schools, specifically the 6th graders and their families who will be participating in a program featuring three components:
- Weekly P.E. Class Curriculum – students will learn a stretch, strength move and a tip or reflection about integrating faith and fitness into their lives
- Family Fitness Workshops – Five workshops and workouts are being offered where all families are invited out to a fun night of exercises, stretches and reflection
- Weekly Email Supplement to Parents – an optional email will go out to parents to offer more ideas about the exercises, nutrition tips and CatholicFIT Principles being discussed throughout

We hope to offer updates over the next nine weeks featuring high lights from the program.
