The four exercises covered in my free e-Book Catholic Calisthenics: 4 Exercises Every Catholic Should Be Doing are:

  1. The Bow (hinging at your hips)
  2. The Squat (sit to stand and vice versa)
  3. The Genuflect (lunging pattern)
  4. The Carry (loaded walking as if carrying luggage)

These are all fundamental human movements as discussed in the CatholicFIT Program, and are also symbolic gestures we do every Sunday to celebrate the Eucharist. Strengthen your personal faith and fitness at the same time … can you beat that? I submit that you cannot;)
