WHO IS THE PROGRAM FOR?
Dave Reddy, the creator of CatholicFIT, is a fitness expert who specializes in personal training, fitness coaching, nutrition and Sports Medicine – he is also just a curious Catholic who loves to study, reflect upon and discuss how one’s belief and faith in God comes into play in every day life, particularly in one’s personal health and fitness journey.
We hope to share this journey with others to restore in all of us the gifts of health, intuition, body awareness and natural fitness God has blessed us with.
